Lisbon at Christmas: the best markets

Rossio 
It is one of the most famous squares in the city. At this time of the year, a Christmas market is installed in front of the National Theatre, which is already a classic in the city and among the lisboetas. You can find typical liqueurs, cheeses and other Portuguese gastronomic products.

It also offers different types of craft items, everything related to Christmas decorations, wooden toys and gifts for each member of the family.

Dates: Between December 8th and January 2nd.

Schedule: 10:00am-10:00pm, Monday to Thursday

Weekends: 10:00am-midnight

Campo Pequeno
The Campo Pequeno Christmas Market is one of the most famous and complete in Lisbon. Local artisans and producers are cited in a hundred stalls. You will find decorative objects and jewellery creations with unique and exclusive designs by artists from the city. Take advantage of the occasion, you will also find toys and typical Portuguese clothing with sustainable materials.

Schedule: 11:30am-9:30pm

Santa Catarina viewpoint Market
The most typical viewpoint of the city has released a Christmas market last year. It is mainly focused on local crafts and gastronomy. Do not miss the views that the area offers you. The incredible views invite you to enjoy a magnificent environment where you will find a wide assortment of products and places to stop.

Dates: 14-24 December

Schedule: Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10am-7pm

Wonderland Lisbon
It is the ideal option to travel with children, and that is why it has become an essential visit on the Christmas agenda in Lisbon. Ice rink, Ferris Wheel, a Christmas village and live entertainment shows are four of the main arguments of this park, which also presents an extraordinary offer of market stalls.

Dates: from 30/11/20 to 05/01/20

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 12pm-9pm; Saturday and Holidays 10am-midnight; Sunday 10am-10pm.

On December 24th and 31st, from 10:00am-4:00pm, and on December 25th and January 1st from 4:00pm-10:00pm.
